Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order.

Return window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Opened grooming tools, chew toys, or consumables (treats, food) can’t be returned for hygiene/safety reasons.

How to start a return: Email us at [contact@armanagulf.com] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions once approved.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we cover it.

Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
